Real Time Realty goes far beyond a normal estate agency.

We do not recommend any client to buy a property without first having carefully examined whether it could be affected by urban development problems. We check whether the development of new infrastructure and construction projects around your new property could be detrimental to you.

For you, this means that, unlike buyers who are looked after by conventional estate agents, you will be informed about what is planned or may become possible, such as the construction of a taller building in front of your property, which will then block your sea view, or a new road, sewage treatment plant, industrial areas, train lines, etc.

But also, whether there are any restrictions on the realisation of your individual wishes, such as modernisation, conversion, new building, extension, etc. or, for example, the lack of a first occupancy licence. This information must be obtained and needs to be checked carefully.
