Personalized Real Estate Services to Find Your Perfect Location

Dream Property in a Prime Location” means something different to everyone and that’s why prospective buyers browse the internet and often find a seemingly suitable property.

The photos are exciting, but at the same time, 1000 questions arise:

❓ What is the surrounding area like?

❓ Will I really feel comfortable there?

❓ Where can I go on foot?...

Many prospective buyers do not know the area or only know it from a short vacation.

They often do not know if the existing infrastructure, such as restaurants, shopping facilities, golf courses, suits their lifestyle.

Is the residential area more modern or traditional Andalusian, surrounded by mountains, or near the sea and beach?...

👉 That’s why it’s important to have a real estate agent by your side who clarifies in advance what your vision of the property AND the surrounding area is and searches specifically for you accordingly.

✔️ That’s exactly what I offer you with my exclusive service.

We discuss what desires you have for your dream property, what is important to you about the surroundings of the property, and to what extent it is achievable.

I have created the plan below specifically for my clients, which brings the layout of the coastal region closer and makes it easier for them to orient themselves.

Among other things, it shows how we divide coastal cities like Marbella or Estepona into the areas East, Center, and West.

An example:

Mijas is a picturesque, typically Andalusian village situated on a mountain.

However, its largest urban area is Mijas Costa, stretching from Fuengirola to Marbella.

Within this area are many residential areas of Mijas Costa, such as La Cala de Mijas, Riviera del Sol, Miraflores, and Calahonda.

Even in times of Google Maps, I always find that this greatly helps my clients to better understand the areas and locations of properties.

Additionally, I use other plans as tools to help visually explain things even better.

But that’s not all.

👍 My unique premium service for you:

I offer you the opportunity to, after your arrival, spend 1-2 days not only visiting some already selected properties but also exploring their areas in detail.

On-site, I explain to you all the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the selected areas. It is important to me to find out both based on your wishes.

While we drive through the urbanizations, we will discuss all aspects so that you can personally see and assess them. Because only this way will you get a feel for whether the surroundings feel right for you or not.

It is my pleasure to help everyone find the right area of the coast for them. If you would also like support in finding your prime location and property, feel free to get in touch.

Yours, Katja
